Motel 6 and Studio 6

MAS provided civil engineering services for Motel 6 & Studio 6 located in northwest Fort Worth, Texas.

The project included the design of offsite water and sanitary sewer mains to help serve the 11,800-square-foot building. Coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration was required for this project due to the connection of utilities in TxDOT right-of-way and proximity to Fort Worth Meacham International Airport. In order to maximize the efficiency of the site, storm drain and underground detention were designed under the parking on-site to ensure parking requirements and drainage requirements were met.
